Additional Options. The NYS Contract Price for Additional Options offered under the Contract in accordance with Section III.2.7 Additional Options, shall be the Additional Options NYS Discount listed on the Contract Pricelist, or higher, applied to the MSRP on the current OEM Data Book or Contractor-Published Pricelist, as applicable. See Section III.1.2
Additional Options. The following terms and conditions apply to Additional Options provided under the Contract. See Section III.1.2 Additional Options Price for pricing information relative to the addition and deletion of options.
Additional Options. In addition, any employee may participate in any other approved voluntary programs, provided, all premiums will be paid from payroll deductions by the employee. Such premiums/deductions will not be included in any pooling calculations.

Upon acceptance of the Counter Offer by the Buyer, the listing is closed and you are legally bound to complete the transaction.

Additional Options. The Compensation Committee may or may not grant the Optionee additional Options in the future. Nothing in this Option or any future grant should be construed as suggesting that additional grants to the Optionee will be forthcoming.
