Common use of Additional Members Clause in Contracts

Additional Members. Additional Members may be admitted from time to time upon the approval of the Governors, and in accordance with such terms and conditions, as the Governors may determine. All Members acknowledge that the admission of additional Members may result in a dilution of a Member’s Membership Interest. Prior to admission as a Member, a prospective Member shall agree in writing to be bound by this Agreement shall and execute and deliver to the Company an Addendum to this Agreement in the form of Exhibit “B” attached hereto. Upon the execution of such Addendum, such additional Member shall be deemed to be a party to this Agreement as if such additional Member had executed this Agreement on the original date hereof, and shall be bound by all of the provisions set forth herein.
