Additional Information to be Furnished. The Administrator shall furnish to the Issuer and any Swap Counterparties from time to time such additional information regarding the Collateral as the Issuer or any Swap Counterparties shall reasonably request. Following the time, if any, that any Swap Counterparties' counterparty ratings fall below "A3" , "A-"or their equivalent, upon request of a Rating Agency, the Administrator shall furnish to such Rating Agency, cashflow projections for the Trust.
