Common use of Activities of the Subadviser Clause in Contracts

Activities of the Subadviser. The services of the Subadviser to the Portfolio are not to be deemed to be exclusive, the Subadviser being free to render investment advisory and/or other services to others, including accounts or investment management companies with similar or identical investment objectives to the Portfolio. It is understood that Trustees, officers, and investors of the Trust or the Adviser are or may be or may become interested in the Subadviser, as directors, officers, partners, employees, or otherwise and that directors, officers, partners and employees of the Subadviser are or may become similarly interested in the Trust or the Adviser and that the Subadviser may be or may become interested in the Trust as an investor or otherwise.

Activities of the Subadviser. The services of the Subadviser to the Portfolio Funds are not to be deemed to be exclusive, the Subadviser being free to render investment advisory and/or other services to others, including accounts or investment management companies with similar or identical investment objectives to the PortfolioFunds. It is understood that Trustees, officers, and investors shareholders of the Trust or the Adviser Manager are or may be or may become interested in the Subadviser, as directors, officers, partners, employees, or otherwise and that directors, officers, partners and employees of the Subadviser are or may become similarly interested in the Trust or the Adviser Manager and that the Subadviser may be or may become interested in the Trust as an investor a shareholder or otherwise.
