Common use of Acquisition of Property Clause in Contracts

Acquisition of Property. By August 1, 2022, Developer shall have closed on the purchase of all of the parcels comprising the Property and all of the necessary rights of way required for the Project. Developer shall provide copies of deeds and such other closing documents as requested by the City or RDA regarding the purchase of the Property and rights of way. The Property and rights of way shall be owned in the name of the Developer.

Acquisition of Property. By August 1no later than October 31, 20222018, Developer shall have closed on the purchase of all of the parcels comprising the Property and all of the necessary rights of way required for the Project. Developer shall provide copies of deeds and such other closing documents as requested by the City or RDA regarding the purchase of the Property and rights of way. The Property and rights of way shall be owned in the name of the Developer.

Acquisition of Property. By August no later than March 1, 2022, Developer shall have closed on the purchase of all of the parcels comprising the Property and all of the necessary rights of way required for the Project. Developer shall provide copies of deeds and such other closing documents as requested by the City or RDA regarding the purchase of the Property and rights of way. The Property and rights of way shall be owned in the name of the Developer.

By August 1no later than May 31, 20222020, Developer shall have closed on the purchase of all of the parcels comprising the Property and all of the necessary rights of way required for the Project. Developer shall provide copies of deeds and such other closing documents as requested by the City or RDA regarding the purchase of the Property and rights of way. The Property and rights of way shall be owned in the name of the Developer.

By August 1no later than November 30, 20222018, Developer shall have closed on the purchase of all of the parcels comprising the Property and all of the necessary rights of way required for the Project. Developer shall provide copies of deeds and such other closing documents as requested by the City or RDA regarding the purchase of the Property and rights of way. The Property and rights of way shall be owned in the name of the Developer.

By August 1no later than September 30, 20222018, Developer shall have closed on the purchase of all of the parcels comprising the Property and all of the necessary rights of way required for the Project, provided however, that Developer shall not be responsible for any delays caused by the City in acquiring those parcels and rights of way presently owned by the City. Developer shall provide copies of deeds and such other closing documents as requested by the City or RDA regarding the purchase of the Property and rights of way. The Property and rights of way shall be owned in the name of the Developer.

By August no sooner than June 1, 2022, but no later than DECEMBER 31, 2022, Developer shall have closed on the purchase of all of the parcels comprising the Property and all of the necessary rights of way required for the Project. Developer shall provide copies of deeds and such other closing documents as requested by the City or RDA regarding the purchase of the Property and rights of way. The Property and rights of way shall be owned in the name of the Developer.
