Common use of ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT Clause in Contracts

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer and the Guarantor in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. The obligations of the Agents hereunder will be several and not joint.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer Issuers and for the purposes of Clause 7.5 (Agents to act for the Trustee) only, the Trustee in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto. The obligations of the Agents in this agreement are several and not joint.

Each of the Paying Agents Agent accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer Issuer, and, in respect of Clause 8.5, the Trustee, in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed agrees with the other parties hereto to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and with the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental theretoAgreement.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each Agent shall take all such action as may be incidental theretodeemed to have notice of the provisions of the Trust Deed and the Conditions.

The obligations of the Agents are several and not joint. No implied duties or obligations shall be read into this Agreement or the Conditions against the Agents.

Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions Conditions, the settlement procedures set out in the Programme Manual and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. 2.2.1 Each of the Paying Agents Agent accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer and the Guarantor in relation to the Notes Bonds and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer in relation to the Notes Covered Bonds and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer and, in respect of Clause 7.8 (Paying Agents to act for Trustee), the Trustee in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the each Issuer in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of each of the Issuer Issuers and each of the Guarantors in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto. The obligations of the Agents are several and not joint.

The obligations of the Agents are several and not joint.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. Each of the Paying Agents Agent accepts its appointment appointment, and agrees to act, as agent of the Issuer in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed agrees to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and with the provisions of this Agreement and, Agreement. Each Agent further agrees to perform the duties specified for it in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental theretothe Conditions.

ACCEPTANCE OF APPOINTMENT. 2.2 Each of the Paying Agents accepts its appointment as agent of the Issuer Issuers and the Guarantor in relation to the Notes and shall perform all matters expressed to be performed by it in, and otherwise comply with, the Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement and, in connection therewith, shall take all such action as may be incidental thereto.
