ACCEPTANCE BY LESSEE. (a) By executing and delivering Lease Supplement No. 1, Lessee confirms to Lessor that Lessee has duly and irrevocably accepted delivery of the Aircraft for all purposes of this Agreement.

ACCEPTANCE BY LESSEE. The Lessee accepts said Premises in its present condition. The Lessee agrees with, and represents to the Lessor, that said Premises have been inspected by it and that it has been assured by means independent of the Lessor, or any agent of the Lessor, of the truth of all facts material to this Lease and that said Premises are being leased by the Lessee as a result of its inspection and investigation and not as a result of any representation made by the Lessor or any agent of the Lessor.
ACCEPTANCE BY LESSEE. On the Delivery Date, Lessee shall execute and deliver Lease Supplement No. 1 upon Lessee’s due and irrevocable acceptance of delivery of the Aircraft for all purposes of this Lease and the other Operative Agreements.
ACCEPTANCE BY LESSEE. Subject to Lessor's completion of the improvements described on EXHIBIT B, Lessee accepts the office space, building and common areas in their existing condition and state of repair, and Lessee agrees that no representations, statements or warranties, express or implied, have been made by or on behalf of Lessor in respect thereto except as contained in the provisions of this Lease.
ACCEPTANCE BY LESSEE. Lessee has inspected and knows the condition of the premises and accepts the same in their present condition (subject to ordinary wear, tear, and deterioration in the event the term commences April 1st and to the rights of present or former occupants, if any, to remove movable property).
ACCEPTANCE BY LESSEE. A. If Lessor's Work is not completed at the time this Lease is executed, Lessee agrees that either the acceptance by Lessee of possession of the Premises for the purpose of construction of Lessee's improvements constructed by Lessor shall be deemed acceptable if all of the work is substantially completed except for those additional items that Lessor is doing for Lessee (See Addendum "C"). The only remaining items would be punchlist type items.
ACCEPTANCE BY LESSEE. Lessee agrees that the issuance of a C.O. for the improvements constructed by Lessor pursuant to Addendum B shall be deemed an acceptance of the Premises in its then existing condition with the exception of minor “punch list” items to be performed by Lessor. Lessor’s warranty for Lessor’s work shall reflect warranties provided by Lessor’s vendors performing Lessor’s Work.

ACCEPTANCE BY LESSEE. Lessee shall execute and deliver to Lessor a Schedule containing a complete description of the Cars; whereupon, as between Lessor and Lessee the same shall be deemed to have been finally accepted by Lessee pursuant to this Lease.
ACCEPTANCE BY LESSEE. By executing and delivering Lease Supplement No. 1, Lessee confirms to Lessor that (i) Lessee has duly accepted delivery of the Aircraft and Aircraft Documents for all purposes of this Agreement, (ii) Lessee has duly accepted the Aircraft and Aircraft Documents as being in satisfactory condition and in good working order, without defect in design, operation or fitness for use, whether or not discoverable by Lessee and (iii) the Aircraft has been duly marked in accordance with Section 7.1.3(a). Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 1 of Letter Agreement No. 1, Lessee acknowledges and agrees that Lessee shall accept the Aircraft and Aircraft Documents in their respective "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" condition and that Lessee shall execute and deliver Lease Supplement No. 1, as evidence of such satisfaction and acceptance, immediately upon tender of the Aircraft and Aircraft Documents by Lessor to Lessee on the Delivery Date.
ACCEPTANCE BY LESSEE. Subject to the representations and warranties set forth in Section 4.7 of the Agreement, Lessee has inspected the Leased Property and Lessee is satisfied with and has accepted the Leased Property in its present condition and repair, AS-IS and WHERE-IS.
