A5 Notices. A5.1 Except as otherwise expressly provided within the Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contract, no notice or other communication from one Party to the other shall have any validity under the Framework Agreement and any Call-Off Contract unless made in writing by or on behalf of the Party concerned.
