Jasper Allen B. Barrientos is a Philippine-qualified lawyer who currently works as a Senior Corporate Attorney for a Manila-based public utility corporation. He obtained his law degree from the University of the Philippines in 2016. He is presently enrolled in the Master of Laws program of the same university and is expected to graduate in 2021.
