How does the 7-day trial work?
Your paid trial provides full access to the features included in your selected plan. After 7 days, your subscription will automatically continue at the monthly or annual rate based on the plan you selected, unless canceled before the trial ends.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes! Subscriptions can be canceled anytime from your account settings or by emailing support@lawinsider.com. Access will remain active until the end of the billing period, and there are no refunds for unused time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover), bank transfers (ACH), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal upon request.
Do you offer discounts for annual subscriptions or team purchases?

Is my data secure?

Your contract data is not stored or shared beyond what is necessary for AI processing. We do not train on your data. Law Insider servers are hosted in the cloud (US) using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
