Zoom services definition

Zoom services means any one or more of the following services:
Zoom services means the provision of web services, video conferencing and telemedicine services accessible through the Hosted Programs or otherwise provided by Zoom Video Communications, Inc., an independent third party.
Zoom services means, individually and collectively, the Zoom Meeting services, Zoom Phone services or other services provide by Zoom and expressly identified in the Order.

  • GSUSA reserves the right to modify or revoke the GSUSA ZOOM LICENSE or the Zoom Services at any time, without notice and without liability.

  • Customer and its Members will receive standard updates to the Zoom Services that are made generally available by Zoom during the term specified in the Order Form.

  • If Customer purchases Zoom Services, and those Services are used and enjoyed by a subsidiary of Customer in a country that is different to Customer's location as determined by Section 6.8 of this Agreement, Customer confirms that where required Customer will treat this as a supply to its subsidiary.

  • GSUSA/GSSGC reserves the right to modify or revoke the GSUSA/GSSGC ZOOM LICENSE or the Zoom Services at any time, without notice and without liability.

  • Customer will receive standard updates to the Zoom Services that are made generally available by Zoom during the term specified in the Order Form.

  • No changes to the Zoom Services and Subscription Agreement terms and conditions may be made unless previously agreed to between Vendor and DIR.

  • Consulting Services means services of an advisory and intellectual nature provided by consultants using their professional skills to study, design, organize, and manage projects, encompassing multiple activities and disciplines, including the crafting of sector policies and institutional reforms, specialist advice, legal advice and integrated solutions, change management and financial advisory services, planning and engineering studies, and architectural design services, supervision, social and environmental assessments, technical assistance, and programme implementation;

  • Telecom Service Provider means any Telecom operator in India, who is licensed by the Department of Telecommunications (DOT), Government of India to provide telecom services to the general public or to the other DOT licensed Telecom operators. "Telecom Service Provider" also refers to any Telecom operator in other countries providing telecom services to general public of that country or to other telecom operators of the same country.

  • Ecosystem services means the benefits that the public enjoys as a result of natural processes and biological diversity.

  • Education service provider means an education management organization, school

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Consulting physician means a physician who is qualified by specialty or experience to make a professional diagnosis and prognosis regarding the patient's disease.

Customized employment assumes the provision of reasonable accommodations and supports necessary for the individual to perform the functions of a job that is individually negotiated and developed.

  • Transition Services means a coordinated set of activities for a child with a disability that:

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Termination Assistance Services has the meaning set forth in Section 18.12.

  • Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.
