Zoning Report definition

Zoning Report means, with respect to each Individual Property, those certain zoning reports listed on Schedule IX attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Zoning Report has the meaning assigned in Schedule 2.1.

Zoning Report means a zoning report or reports with respect to each of the Properties approved by Lender and delivered to Lender in connection with the Loan, and any amendments or supplements thereto delivered to Lender.

More Definitions of Zoning Report

Zoning Report means, with respect to each Property, the report prepared for Lender by The Planning & Zoning Resource Corporation regarding compliance of such Property with applicable zoning and building codes and laws.

Zoning Report shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.11 hereof.

Zoning Report has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18.

Zoning Report means, with respect to any Single Plat Development or Multi-Family Property, a written report containing a summary of the current zoning district (including permitted uses and requirements for such zoning district) and any open violations, variances, special permits, conditions, exceptions or nonconforming issues of such Single Plat Development or Multi-Family Property delivered to the Administrative Agent in connection with any Loan in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Zoning Report means the zoning report prepared with respect to the Property by the Planning & Zoning Resource Company dated February 28, 2019.

Zoning Report means that certain Zoning and Site Requirements Summary (PZR Report for the Property) dated as of May 17, 2018 and revised on June 18, 2018 and prepared by The Panning & Zoning Resource Company.

Zoning Report means a zoning letter from the applicable municipal agency with respect to a Project or a zoning report that verifies the zoning classification of a Project and such Project’s compliance with such zoning classification.
