Zoning Relief definition

Zoning Relief means any zoning variance, exception, conditional use permit, interim planning permit, or zoning map or text change, or any other relief granted by the Zoning Commission or the Board of Appeal.
Zoning Relief means any zoning change, zoning variance, increase in residential density, or relaxation of existing zoning standards.
