Zoning Code definition

Zoning Code means Title 17 of the County code, as it may be amended from time to time.
Zoning Code means Title 17 of the Municipal Code as it existed on the Effective Date except (i) as amended by any zone change relating to the Developer’s Property approved concurrently with the approval of this Agreement, and (ii) as the same may be further amended from time to time consistent with Section 9.
