Zone 6 definition

Zone 6 means in Burlington County, the municipalities of Bass River Township, Shamong Township, Southampton Township, Tabernacle Township, Washington Township, Woodland Township, and in Camden County, Waterford Township.
Zone 6 means stipulated tracts of land located in Bastrop, Bell, Blanco, Bosque, Brazos, Burleson, Burnet, Caldwell, Concho, Coryell, Falls, Gillespie, Grimes, Hamilton, Hays, Kimble, Lampasas, Lee, Leon, Llano, Madison, Mason, McCulloch, McLennan, Menard, Milam, Mills, Robertson, San Saba, Travis, Walker, Washington, and Williamson Counties. AUTHORITY‌ The GLO is posting this solicitation pursuant to and under Texas Government Code Chapters 2155-2157 and 2262, and Texas Natural Resources Code Chapters 31 and 51.
Zone 6 means the zone assigned to ERFCLRA via Ringette Alberta.

  • Sales will be allowed when the open fishery is concurrent with either commercial gillnet openings or platform gear in Zone 6 (SMCRA 1F, 1G, 1H).
