yours. “Account Holder” and “customer” means the person in whose name an Account is maintained and includes, where the context requires, a Joint Account Holder; and unless the context otherwise requires, the following words when used have the following meanings respectively set out below:
yours mean anyone who signs an Account Card, Account Change Card, or any other account opening document (Account Card), or for whom membership and/or service requests are approved through the Credit Union’s online application and authentication process. Your account type(s) and ownership features are designated by you on your Account Card or through the Credit Union’s online application and authentication process. By signing an Account Card or authenticating your request, each of you, jointly and severally, agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, and any Account Card, Funds Availability Policy Disclosure, Truth-in-Savings Disclosure, Electronic Fund Transfers Agreement and Disclosure, Privacy Disclosure, or Account Receipt accompanying this Agreement, the Credit Union’s bylaws and policies, and any amendments to these documents from time to time that collectively govern your membership and accounts.

yours refer to Employee. As a participant in a welfare plan maintained by the Company, you are entitled to certain rights and protections under ERISA. ERISA provides that all plan participants shall be entitled to: Examine, without charge, at the Administrator's office and at other specified locations, all plan documents, including insurance contracts, and copies of all documents filed by the plan with the U.S. Department of Labor, such as detailed annual reports and plan descriptions. Obtain copies of all plan documents and other plan information upon written request to the Administrator. The Administrator may make a reasonable charge for the copies. Receive a summary of the plan's annual financial report. The Administrator is required by law to furnish each participant with a copy of this summary annual report. In addition to creating rights for plan participants, ERISA imposes duties upon the people who are responsible for the operation of the employee benefit plan. The people who operate your plan, called "fiduciaries" of the plan, have a duty to do so prudently and in the interest of you and other plan participants and beneficiaries. No one, including the Company or any other person, may fire you or otherwise discriminate against you in any way to prevent you from obtaining a benefit under this plan or from exercising your rights under ERISA. If a claim for a Benefit is denied in whole or in part, you must receive a written explanation of the reason for the denial. You have the right to have the Administrator review and reconsider your claim. Under ERISA, there are steps you can take to enforce the above rights. For instance, if you request materials from the plan and do not receive them within 30 days, you may file suit in a federal court. In such a case, the court may require the Administrator to provide the materials and pay you up to $100 a day until you receive the materials, unless the materials were not sent because of reasons beyond the control of the Administrator. If you have a claim for benefits that is denied or ignored, in whole or in part, you may file suit in a state or federal court. If it should happen that plan fiduciaries misuse the plan's money or if you are discriminated against for asserting your rights, you may seek assistance from the U.S. Department of Labor or you may file suit in a federal court. The court will decide who should pay court costs and fees. If you lose, the court may order you to pay these costs and fees, for example...
yours means each Account owner or cardholder and all persons or entities approved to have, approved to use and/or given access to an Account, including but not limited to all persons or entities contractually obligated under this Agreement and all joint accountholder and any additional cardholders. The term “Account,” for purposes of arbitration, includes any updated or substitute account for you related to the Account or any other account contemplated by this Agreement.

ACCOUNT AGREEMENT YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS AGREEMENT CONTROLS YOUR ACCOUNT(S) WITH THE CREDIT UNION, TOGETHER WITH ANY OTHER RELATED DOCUMENT SUCH AS OUR FUNDS AVAILABILITY POLICY AND ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFER AGREEMENT AND/OR AGREEMENTS AND DISCLOSURES, ALL OF WHICH, TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE, ARE INCORPORATED INTO THIS AGREEMENT BY REFERENCE.
