Your Workplace definition

Your Workplace means Your physical facility, the address of which is indicated in the price quotation; or, to the extent not set forth in the price quotation, the address to which QualiSystems initially delivered the Software or your registered company address, as will be determined by QualiSystems upon its sole discretion, and not any other location. Installation and use of the Software specifically according to these Terms in your Private or Public Cloud for Authorized Users is permitted. In such case, Private or Public Cloud shall be considered the Workplace for these Terms

Examples of Your Workplace in a sentence

  • This software key code will be furnished to You by QualiSystems and You agree that such software key code is to be used in Your Workplace solely with the Software for which it is provided and strictly according to the specific terms herein, subject to the specific Licenses purchased and solely for the applicable License Term purchased under the Purchase Order.

  • If You have acquired a Concurrent User license, You may install or use the Software for use by Authorized Users at Your Workplace for the License Term; provided, however, in no event may the number of Authorized Users who are accessing and/or using any of the Software at the same time (i.e., concurrent users) exceed the Maximum Number of Licenses which You have purchased.

  • If You have acquired an Evaluation License, QualiSystems grants You a temporary, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license for 30 days, or such other period specified in the Purchase Order (“Evaluation Period”) to install and/or use the Software on computers in Your Workplace for your own internal evaluation purposes only.

  • If You have acquired a Single Seat license, You may install and/or use one copy of the Software on a single computer in Your Workplace for the License Term.

  • This software key code or hardware key will be furnished to You by QualiSystems and You agree that such software key code and hardware key is to be used in Your Workplace solely with the Software for which it is provided and strictly according to the specific License Terms purchased under the Purchase Order.

  • The Contractor shall submit for approval, prior to beginning the Contract, a comprehensive Safety Plan outlining code of safe work practices and procedures as listed in Appendix C: Code of Safe Practices in the Guide to Developing Your Workplace Injury and Illness Prevention Program, CCR Title 8, Section 1509, Industrial and Illness Prevent Program, Subchapter 4.

  • This software key code or hardware key will be furnished to You by QualiSystems and You agree that such software key code and hardware key is to be used in Your Workplace solely with the Software for which it is provided and strictly according to the specific terms herein, subject to the specific Licenses purchased and solely for the applicable License Term purchased under the Purchase Order.

  • Workplace means a place at which, on an average, twenty or more workers are employed.
