Your Uploads means data that you upload to our cloud storage platform using Mapbox Studio, Mapbox Studio Classic, the Dataset API, the Tilesets API, or our Upload API (in each case, excluding any content, data and/or information that we provide to you).

Examples of Your Uploads in a sentence

  • As between you and us, you own all right, title and interest in and to Your Uploads.

  • You are responsible or backing up any of Your Uploads, and you acknowledge that following termination or expiration of this Agreement (A) caching of or references to Your Uploads may not be immediately removed and (B) you may not have access to Your Uploads.

  • Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You to the Purchased Services.

Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services, by Your use of the Services or any Oracle provided tools.

  • Hyperlink means a special HTML code that allows text or graphics to serve as a link that, when clicked on, takes a user to another place in the same document, to another document, or to another Internet Web site or Web page.

  • Download means copying data from one computer system (for example a backend server) to another (for example a vehicle).

  • Login means a unique username, which allows Clients to access Trading System, and further allows to access into the Trading System after entering the username and Password.

  • Online means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.
