Yield to Worst definition

Yield to Worst means, in respect of any High Yield Bond or other debt security, the lesser of (a) the yield-to-maturity and (b) the lowest yield-to-call calculated on each scheduled call date.
Yield to Worst has the meaning set forth in the Collateral Valuation Schedule.

Yield to Worst means, as of the date of determination, (i) if the trading price of the Existing Notes exceeds 100% of the principal amount thereof, the yield to March 15, 2004, and (ii) if the trading price of the Existing Notes equals or is less than 100% of the principal amount thereof, the yield to the stated maturity date of the Existing Notes. The amount of interest for each day that this Note is outstanding (the "Daily Interest Amount") will be calculated by dividing the interest rate in effect for such day by 360 and multiplying the result by the principal amount of this Note. The amount of interest to be paid on this Note for each Interest Period will be calculated by adding the Daily Interest Amounts for each day in the Interest Period. All percentages resulting from any of the above calculations will be rounded, if necessary, to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point, with five one-millionths of a percentage point rounded upwards (e.g., 9.876545% (or .09876545) being rounded to 9.87655% (or .0987655)) and all dollar amounts used in or resulting from such calculations will be rounded to the nearest cent (with one-half cent being rounded upwards).
