Yield definition

Yield means yield as defined in Section 148(h) of the Code and any regulations promulgated thereunder.
Yield means for each respective Tranche Period relating to Purchaser Interests of the Financial Institutions, an amount equal to the product of the applicable Discount Rate for each Purchaser Interest multiplied by the Capital of such Purchaser Interest for each day elapsed during such Tranche Period, annualized on a 360 day basis.
Yield means, with respect to any period, the daily interest accrued on Advances during such period as provided for in Article III.

More Definitions of Yield

Yield means an amount payable to each Purchaser in respect of its Capital accruing on each day when such Purchaser has Capital outstanding, which amount for any Purchaser’s Capital (or portion thereof) for any day during any Yield Period (or portion thereof) is the amount accrued on such Capital (or portion thereof) during such Yield Period (or portion thereof) in accordance with Section 2.03(b).
Yield means the discount rate which, when used in computing the present value of the expected issue payments (principal and interest components, qualified guarantee payments, and the retirement price) to be paid on the Bonds, produces an amount equal to the issue price of the Bonds as of the date hereof.
Yield means the sum of the following, payable on each Payment Date:
Yield means yield on the Bonds, computed under Regulations § 1.148-4, and yield on an Investment, computed under Regulations § 1.148-5.
Yield means the yield specified in the Final Terms, as calculated at the Issue Date on the basis of the Issue Price. It is not an indication of future yield; and
