Yearly Maximum means the highest "daily discharge" measured over a calendar year. [11 Miss. Admin. Code Pt. 6, R. 1.1.1.A(88).]
Yearly Maximum means the highest "daily discharge" measured over a calendar year.
Yearly Maximum and “Yearly Minimum” shall be the number of yards of Goods set forth in Schedule 1 to this Agreement under the heading “Yearly Range” with respect to the applicable period.

Examples of Yearly Maximum in a sentence

  • Staff members will contribute 3% of basic regular salary up to the Canada Pension Plan’s Yearly Maximum Pensionable Earnings (YMPE), and 5% of basic regular salary in excess of the YMPE.

  • If there is only one Child Member, the Out of Pocket (OOP) Yearly Maximum per Child Member will apply, which is the maximum dollar amount that the Child Member will have to pay out of his/her own pocket during a Policy Year.

  • Daily Maximum discharge limitation means the highest allowable “daily discharge” during the calendar month.

  • Daily Maximum Limit means the maximum allowable discharge of a pollutant during a calendar day. Expressed as units of mass, the daily discharge is cumulative mass discharged over the course of the day. Expressed as a concentration, it is the arithmetic average of all measurements taken that day.

  • Daily Maximum Cash Amount means, with respect to the conversion of any Note, the quotient obtained by dividing (A) the Specified Dollar Amount applicable to such conversion by (B) forty (40).

  • Maximum Share Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(c).

  • Maximum Put Amount means the lesser of (i) Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000), or (ii) Two Hundred Fifty percent (250%) of the average of the Dollar Volume for the twenty (20) Trading Days immediately preceding the Put Date.

  • Maximum Basic Grant Amount’ has the same meaning as set out in item 1 of Schedule 1 of HESA; ‘National Law’ means (a) for a state or territory other than Western Australia – the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law as set out in the Schedule to the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009 (Qld) as it applies (with or without modification) as a law of the State or Territory; and (b) for Western Australia – the legislation enacted by the Health Regulation National Law (WA) Xxx 0000 that corresponds to the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law;

  • Maximum means an actual NAV figure of 110% of the Target NAV. In the event Granite elects to declare a special distribution in certain circumstances, the NAV per unit shall be adjusted by any cash component of such special distribution.

  • Maximum Cap Rate For any Distribution Date with respect to the Group I Certificates, a per annum rate equal to the sum of (i) the product of (x) the weighted average of the Expense Adjusted Maximum Mortgage Rates of the Group I Mortgage Loans, weighted based on their outstanding Principal Balances as of the first day of the calendar month preceding the month in which the Distribution Date occurs and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Accrual Period and (ii) an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Net Swap Payment made by the Swap Provider and the denominator of which is equal to the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans, multiplied by 12. For any Distribution Date with respect to the Group II Certificates, a per annum rate equal to the sum of (i) the product of (x) the weighted average of the Expense Adjusted Maximum Mortgage Rates of the Group II Mortgage Loans, weighted based on their outstanding Principal Balances as of the first day of the calendar month preceding the month in which the Distribution Date occurs and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Accrual Period and (ii) an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Net Swap Payment made by the Swap Provider and the denominator of which is equal to the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans, multiplied by 12. For any Distribution Date with respect to the Mezzanine Certificates, a per annum rate equal to the product of (x) the weighted average (weighted on the basis of the results of subtracting from the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the applicable Loan Group, the current Certificate Principal Balance of the related Class A Certificates) of the Maximum Cap Rate for the Group I Certificates and the Maximum Cap Rate for the Group II Certificates and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period.

  • Adjusted Net Maximum Mortgage Rate With respect to any Mortgage Loan (or the related REO Property), as of any date of determination, a per annum rate of interest equal to the applicable Maximum Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan (or the Mortgage Rate in the case of any Fixed-Rate Mortgage Loan) as of the first day of the month preceding the month in which the related Distribution Date occurs minus the sum of (i) the Trustee Fee Rate and (ii) the Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Monthly Uptime Percentage means total number of minutes in a calendar month minus the number of minutes of Downtime suffered in a calendar month, divided by the total number of minutes in a calendar month.

  • VWAP Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any particular VWAP Purchase Notice, the Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to the greater of (i) 80% of the Closing Sale Price on the Business Day immediately preceding the VWAP Purchase Date or (ii) such higher price as set forth by the Company in the VWAP Purchase Notice.

  • Maximum Number of Shares is defined in Section 2.1.4.

  • Maximum mass means the maximum mass stated by the vehicle manufacturer to be technically permissible (this mass may be higher than the "permissible maximum mass" laid down by the national administration).

  • Percentage Ratio means with respect to a Trust, the percentage relationship among the Securities based on the number of contracts of each Option per Unit, the principal amount of each Bond per Unit and the number of shares of each Equity Security per Unit compared to all Securities attributable to each Unit existing immediately prior to the related additional deposit of Securities. The Percentage Ratio shall be adjusted to the extent necessary, and may be rounded, to reflect the occurrence of a stock dividend, a stock split or a similar event which affects the capital structure of the issuer of a security."

  • Annual Percentage Rate or “APR” of a Receivable means the annual rate of finance charges stated in such Receivable.

  • Multiplier means 1.0.

  • Reduction Percentage means the percentage rate by which the Initial Per Certificate Entitlement will reduce on a daily basis on the assumption that the daily rate will be theper annum rate specified in the Final Terms divided by 365 and applied accordingly.   • Cumulative Loss Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate amount of Realized Losses incurred from the Cut-off Date to the last day of the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and the denominator of which is the Cut-off Date Pool Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Applicable Multiplier means, with respect to any Rate Period for any Series of RVMTP Shares, the percentage set forth opposite the applicable credit rating most recently assigned to such Series by the Rating Agency in the table below on the Rate Determination Date for such Rate Period: Long-Term Ratings* Fitch Applicable Multiplier AAA to AA- 100% A+ to A- 000% BBB+ to BBB- 140% *And/or the equivalent ratings of any other Rating Agency then rating the RVMTP Shares utilizing the highest of the ratings of the Rating Agencies then rating the RVMTP Shares.

  • Maximum Contract Value means the amount specified in the "Limitation of Expenditure" clause set out in the Contract; and

  • Maximum Purchase Amount means, for any CP Conduit, the aggregate Commitments of its Committed Purchasers, as set forth on Schedule I hereto.
