YEAR OF ELIGIBILITY definition

YEAR OF ELIGIBILITY. SERVICE Means a 12 consecutive month period which coincides with an Eligibility Computation Period during which an Employee completes at least 1,000 Hours of Service (or such lesser number of Hours of Service specified in the Adoption Agreement for this purpose). An Employee does not complete a Year of Eligibility Service before the end of the 12 consecutive month period regardless of when during such period the Employee completes the required number of Hours of Service.
YEAR OF ELIGIBILITY means the financial year in which the nominated child turns 18 or commences an approved tertiary course, whichever is the later year;
YEAR OF ELIGIBILITY. Service shall mean an Eligibility Computation Period during which the Employee completes at least one thousand (1,000) Hours of Service.
