Xxxxxxxx Parties definition

Xxxxxxxx Parties is defined in the recitals to this Agreement.

Xxxxxxxx Parties means Xxxxxxxx, its affiliates, and their respective assigns, successors, lenders, licensors, employees, officers, and directors.

Xxxxxxxx Parties means Xxxxxxxx and Executive’s Employer.

• Also set forth in Part 5.20 is a complete and correct list of all ERISA Affiliates of the Xxxxxxxx Parties and the Management Agreement Counterparties during the last six (6) years.
