Xxxxxxx’x Knowledge definition

Xxxxxxx’x Knowledge means the actual knowledge of [*] with no further investigation.
Xxxxxxx’x Knowledge means (i) all matters where a Xxxxxxx Corporation has received written notice or entered into a written agreement with respect thereto, or (ii) to the knowledge of the President/Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Xxxxxxx Hospital, after reasonable inquiry of responsible subordinates and persons responsible for the operations of the Xxxxxxx Corporations (and if such inquiry is not made, the knowledge that would have been held by the foregoing if such inquiry had been made).
Xxxxxxx’x Knowledge as used in this Section 2.5 means the actual knowledge of the person(s) identified on Schedule 2.5(b) hereto, without independent inquiry.

Xxxxxxx’x Knowledge means the actual knowledge of LWB or his knowledge of facts which upon reasonable inquiry would lead to actual knowledge.

  • Reasonable inquiry means an inquiry designed to uncover any information in the entity's possession about the identity of the producer or provider of covered telecommunications equipment or services used by the entity that excludes the need to include an internal or third-party audit.
