Xxxxxxxx Group means Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Xx., Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Xx. and their respective spouses, lineal descendents, estates, Affiliates, including Petro Inc. (a corporation controlled by Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Xx.) and JAJCO II, Inc. (a company wholly owned by Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Xx.), and any entity to which any of the above pledge their Capital Interests in Petro Holdings.
Xxxxxxxx Group means the line of business operated by Xxxxx.xxx, Inc. and its subsidiaries as of the Term B-1 Effective Date as reasonably determined by the Borrower.

Xxxxxxxx Group means Xxxxxxxx Capital Group GP Ltd., QEP Management Co. GP, LLC, Xxxxxxxx Capital Group II, L.P., its affiliated investment funds, Q GEI Holdings, LLC, or any of their respective Controlled Affiliates.
Xxxxxxxx Group means Xxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Xx., Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx.
