Xxxxxxxx Agreement definition

Xxxxxxxx Agreement means the agreement (as amended from time to time) the execution of which was authorized by the Iron Ore (XxXxxxx’x Monster) Agreement Authorization Xxx 0000;

Xxxxxxxx Agreement is defined in Section 2.2. Other terms defined herein have the meanings so given them.

Xxxxxxxx Agreement means that certain “Development and License Agreement” between Palomar and Xxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx dated as of February 14, 2003, as such agreement is amended as of the Effective Date and as such agreement may be amended or restated thereafter in a manner that is not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. A copy of the Xxxxxxxx Agreement, excluding exhibits thereto and redactions of other commercially sensitive information, as amended as of the Effective Date is attached hereto at Appendix A.

Xxxxxxxx Agreement means that certain Assignment Agreement, dated as of October 16, 2001, by and between Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, M.D. and Seller.
