Xxxxxxx Territory definition

Xxxxxxx Territory means the entire world and all countries, territories and possessions therein, excluding the U.S. and Greater China.
Xxxxxxx Territory means any country or territory in the world excluding the Xxxxxxx Territory, and is subject to modification in accordance with Section 3.10(g)(iii)(A).
Xxxxxxx Territory means, collectively, the European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Norway, and is subject to modification in accordance with Section 3.10(g)(iii)(A).

  • Xxxxxxx shall provide Xxxxxxx with a reasonable opportunity to review and comment upon draft patent applications and office action responses in the Xxxxxxx Territory for such Xxxxxxx Patents.

  • Subject to its obligation to use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Commercialize the Licensed Products (for which Regulatory Approval has been received) in the Field in the Xxxxxxx Territory, any marketing of a Licensed Product in the Field in one market or country in the Xxxxxxx Territory shall not obligate Xxxxxxx to market such Licensed Product in the Field in any other market or country in the Xxxxxxx Territory.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Xxxxxxx will have the sole authority and the exclusive right to Commercialize the Licensed Products in the Field in the Xxxxxxx Territory and will have sole authority and responsibility in all matters relating to the Commercialization of the Licensed Products in the Field in the Xxxxxxx Territory.

  • Xxxxxxx shall continue to keep Xxxxxxx reasonably informed with respect to the status of such Xxxxxxx Patents and their Prosecution in the Xxxxxxx Territory.

  • The Global Commercialization Strategy Budget will cover all Commercialization Budget Benchmark Amounts (i.e., U.S. Commercialization Budget Benchmark Amounts, Greater China Commercialization Budget Benchmark Amounts and Xxxxxxx Territory Commercialization Budget Benchmark Amounts) expected to be incurred prior to completion of the first U.S. Commercialization Plan, Greater China Commercialization Plan or Xxxxxxx Territory Commercialization Plan, as applicable.


More Definitions of Xxxxxxx Territory

Xxxxxxx Territory means the Xxxxxxx territory as it exists under the SU CCNs in effect as of immediately prior to the Closing.
