Xxxxxxx Place Google Companion Loans. With respect to the Xxxxxxx Place Google Loan Combination, the related promissory notes made by the related Mortgagor, secured by the Xxxxxxx Place Google Mortgage and designated as promissory notes X-0, X-0, X-0 and A-6, respectively, which are not included in the Trust and are pari passu in right of payment with the Xxxxxxx Place Google Mortgage Loan to the extent set forth in the related Loan Documents and as provided in the Xxxxxxx Place Google Co-Lender Agreement, as any such promissory note may be amended, restated, replaced, extended, renewed, supplemented, consolidated, severed, split or otherwise modified from time to time. If any promissory note evidencing a Xxxxxxx Place Google Companion Loan is split and replaced with 2 or more replacement promissory notes, each such replacement promissory note will evidence a separate Xxxxxxx Place Google Companion Loan.
