Xxxxxxx Option definition

Xxxxxxx Option shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 5.1(b) of this Agreement.

Xxxxxxx Option means an option to purchase shares of Xxxxxxx Common Stock granted pursuant to the Xxxxxxx Stock Plan.

Xxxxxxx Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.
