Xxxxxxx Group means (i) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family, (ii) any Related Person of any such member, and (iii) the Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Jr. Grantor Retained Annuity Trust, the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Family Trust, the Xxxx Xxxxxxx Children’s Trust c/o Argent Trust, and the Xxxx Xxxxxxx Legacy Trust-2010 c/o Argent Trust. For the avoidance of doubt, the Persons named in (iii) above may be Related Persons of members of the Xxxxxxx Family.
Xxxxxxx Group means (i) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family, (ii) Xxxxxxx Energy Partners I, LP and SEP Management I, LLC, (iii) Xxxxxxx Parent, (iv) Xxxxxxx Investor, (v) Xxxxxxx Production Partners LP, (vi) Xxxxxxx Oil & Gas Corporation, (vii) Blackstone Newco and (viii) any Person Controlled by any one or more of the foregoing (other than the General Partner, the Partnership or any of their respective Subsidiaries).

Xxxxxxx Group means (i) Xxxxxxx, the Xxxxxxx Retained Business and each Person that is a direct or indirect Subsidiary of Xxxxxxx as of immediately following the Effective Time and (ii) each Business Entity that becomes a Subsidiary of Xxxxxxx after the Effective Time.
Xxxxxxx Group means (a) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family and (b) any Related Person of any such member.
Xxxxxxx Group means (i) each of Xxxx (individually and in any Representative Capacity), Xxx (individually and in any Representative Capacity), the Xxx Estate, the Xxxxx Estate, each other Person who now or hereafter has a Representative Capacity with respect to either of such estates or any trust established thereunder, (ii) each other Person who is required to or becomes a party to this Agreement and a member of the Xxxxxxx Group pursuant to any provision of this Agreement, (iii) each other Person who at any time acquires any High Vote Shares of any Company in a transaction or a chain of transactions initiated by another member of the Xxxxxxx Group, other than Exempt Transfers and (iv) each spouse or other Related Party of any member of the Xxxxxxx Group, in each case so long as such Person is or is required to be a party to this Agreement or such Person or any of its Related Parties is the direct or indirect Beneficial Owner of any High Vote Shares of any Company.

Xxxxxxx Group means Xxxxxxx Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as successor to Xxxxxxx Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as a result of the Entity Conversion.
Xxxxxxx Group means (i) each of Xxxx (individually and in any Representative Capacity), Xxx (individually and in any Representative Capacity), the Bob Estate, the Xxxxx Estate, each other Person who now or hereafter has a Representative Capacity with respect to either of such estates or any trust established thereunder, (ii) each other Person who is required to become or becomes a party to this Agreement and a member of the Xxxxxxx Group pursuant to any provision of this Agreement, (iii) each other Person who at any time acquires any High Vote Stock in a transaction or a chain of transactions initiated by another member of the Xxxxxxx Group that satisfy all applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, in the case of a Permitted Pledge, the provisions of the definition of such term), except for acquisitions in Exempt Transfers other than those described in clauses (v), (x), or (xi) or (xiii) of the definition of "Exempt Transfer" in Section 1.1 hereof and (iv) each spouse or other Related Party of any member of the Xxxxxxx Group, in each case so long as such Person is or is required to be a party to this Agreement or such Person or any of its Related Parties is the direct or indirect Beneficial Owner of any High Vote Stock. Unless Xxxxxx (or his estate), the Company and the Xxxxxxx Group Representative otherwise agree in writing, no member of the Xxxxxx Group shall be a member of the Xxxxxxx Group or a Related Party of any Member.
Xxxxxxx Group has the meaning assigned to it in the Xxxxxxx Call Agreement.
