Xxxxxxx Facility definition

Xxxxxxx Facility means the fossil fuel-fired electric generating facility known as the Xxxxxxx station, consisting of two 554 MW (net) units and three 530 MW (net) units, located near the town of Xxxxxx, in Xxxxxx County, Illinois.

Xxxxxxx Facility means, collectively, (a) the coal-fired steam electric generating plant owned by DMG and located in Xxxxxxxx County, Illinois, consisting of three generating units, (b) all associated equipment and support facilities and (c) real property associated with the foregoing; excluding, in each case, any assets the sale of which would not constitute an “Asset Sale” pursuant to clause (i), (ii), (iv), (ix), (x) or (xi) of “Asset Sale”.

Xxxxxxx Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(a).

Xxxxxxx Facility means the facility owned by JPFDI on the date ---------------- hereof in Everett, Massachusetts.

Xxxxxxx Facility. The Xxxxxxx Facility includes underground salt dome storage caverns for LPG storage, brine ponds, a xxxxx plant, multiple buildings, associated pipes/pumps, water supply xxxxx, associated properties, and off-site disposal xxxxx. Products produced at the Sweeny Fractionator are stored in the underground caverns and then transported via pipeline to the Freeport LPG Export Terminal or the Mount Belvieu market hub. Refinery and Natural Gas Liquid Facilities Sweeny Fractionator. The Sweeny Fractionator is a Natural Gas Liquid fractionation facility located in Old Ocean, Texas, close to the Sweeny Refinery. The Sweeny Fractionator includes the associated cooling tower (G0054022) and flare (G0056044), the substation (G006010), and the offplots (G0068044). It processes y-grade (mixed natural gas liquids) and produces purity ethane, propane, isobutane, normal butane and natural gasoline (C5+) for sale in local petrochemical markets or to supply the Freeport LPG Export Terminal.

Xxxxxxx Facility means the Wood Pellet Production Facility owned by Enviva Pellets Xxxxxxx, LLC and located in Xxxxxxx County, North Carolina.

Xxxxxxx Facility means a new silica sand mine facility located on the real property described in the Xxxxxxx Lease, which facility will (i) include Proved Ore Reserve volumes of 40/70 mesh or 100 mesh of at least 100,000,000 tons as indicated by an internal JORC Code compliant report certified by a Responsible Officer and previously delivered to Administrative Agent prior to the Effective Date (the “Certified Xxxxxxx Compliance Report”), (ii) have production costs and delivered costs into the Permian Basin substantially similar to or less than the 2016 costs of the facility located on the Granbury Properties and (iii) have production capacity of at least 2,000,000 tons/year.

Xxxxxxx Facility means the two adjoining pieces of Real Property located at 00000 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, one of which is owned by Xxxx-Xxxxx on the Closing Date and the other of which is owned by Xxxxx Realty Trust 1999-1 on the Closing Date.

Xxxxxxx Facility shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.5.

Xxxxxxx Facility means the stock or assets comprising all or part of the domestic Chemicals discontinued operations as reflected in the Company's consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2000, but excluding Chemicals' bicarbonate business and the Subsidiaries that conduct such business.
