Xxxxxxx 2000 Index definition

Xxxxxxx 2000 Index means the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index maintained by the Xxxxxxx Investment Group.
Xxxxxxx 2000 Index means the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index, or in the event such index is discontinued or its methodology is significantly changed, a comparable index selected by the Administrator in good faith.
Xxxxxxx 2000 Index means the stock index of that name as published by FTSE Xxxxxxx and the Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Company. If the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index ceases to be published during the Performance Period or otherwise becomes unavailable, the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index shall mean a similar index or measurement of small capitalization stocks, as selected by the Compensation Committee of the Corporation’s board of directors.

  • Relative performance for such uncompleted performance period shall then be measured against the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index performance from the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index Baseline through the 90 trading day average closing price of the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index in the period ending on the date of the Change of Control.

  • This 90 day average establishes both the Company baseline stock price (the “Company Baseline Stock Price”) and the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index baseline (the “Xxxxxxx 2000 Baseline”) against which future Company stock and Xxxxxxx 2000 Index performance will be compared.

  • The performance metric is the relative performance of the Shares against the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index over an approximately three-year period.

  • This 90 calendar day average establishes both the baseline Share price (the “Company Baseline”) and the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index baseline (the “Xxxxxxx Baseline”) against which future Share and Xxxxxxx 2000 Index performance will be compared.

  • The Company's stock performance relative to the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index shall then be determined consistently with the methodology specified herein for completed performance period.

  • To determine relative performance, the baseline metrics are the 90 trading day average closing price of the Company and the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index, as reported in The Wall Street Journal, or such other reliable source as is determined by the Administrator, in its sole discretion, with the last of the 90 trading days falling on November 14, 2012.

  • The Fund hereby employs the Investment Manager to act as the investment adviser to and investment manager of the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index Portfolio (the "Portfolio") and to manage the investment and reinvestment of the assets of the Portfolio and to administer its affairs, subject to the supervision of the Board of Directors of the Fund, for the period and on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

  • SIFMA Index means the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association Municipal Swap Index, produced by Municipal Market Data, or if such index is not published, then such other index selected by the Treasurer which reflects the yield of tax-exempt seven-day variable rate demand bonds.

  • CPI Index means the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, U.S. City Average, “All Items” (1982-84 = 100), or any successor index thereof as such successor index may be appropriately adjusted to establish substantial equivalence with the Consumer Price Index; provided that if the Consumer Price Index ceases to be published and there is no successor thereto, such other index as the Company shall designate in writing to the Trustee shall be substituted for the Consumer Price Index.

  • Retail Prices Index means the retail prices index for the whole economy of the United Kingdom and for all items as published from time to time by the Office for National Statistics as “RPI” or, if such index shall cease to be published or there is, in the reasonable opinion of the Secretary of State, a material change in the basis of the index or if, at any relevant time, there is a delay in the publication of the index, such other retail prices index as the Secretary of State may, after consultation with the Franchisee, determine to be appropriate in the circumstances;

  • SOFR IndexStart means the SOFR Index value on the day which is two U.S. Government Securities Business Days preceding the first date of the relevant Interest Period (an "Index Determination Date"); and

  • CMT Index Not applicable.

  • Retail Price Index means the general index of retail prices published by the Office for National Statistics each month in respect of all items or:

  • SOFR IndexEnd means the SOFR Index value on the day which is five U.S. Government Securities Business Days preceding the Interest Payment Date relating to such Interest Period (or in the final Interest Period, the Maturity Date).

  • SOFR Index means, with respect to any U.S. Government Securities Business Day:

  • SIFMA Municipal Swap Index means the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association Municipal Swap Index, or such other weekly, high-grade index comprised of seven-day, tax-exempt variable rate demand notes produced by Municipal Market Data, Inc. or its successor, or as otherwise designated by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association; provided, however, that if such index is no longer produced by Municipal Market Data, Inc. or its successor, then SIFMA Municipal Swap Index shall mean (i) the S&P Municipal Bond 7 Day High Grade Rate Index produced by Standard & Poor’s Financial Services LLC or its successors or (ii) if the S&P Municipal Bond 7 Day High Grade Rate Index is no longer produced, such other reasonably comparable index selected in good faith by the Board of Trustees of the Fund.

  • Xxxxxxx Group means (i) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family, (ii) Xxxxxxx Energy Partners I, LP and SEP Management I, LLC, (iii) Xxxxxxx Parent, (iv) Xxxxxxx Investor, (v) Xxxxxxx Production Partners LP, (vi) Xxxxxxx Oil & Gas Corporation, (vii) Blackstone Newco and (viii) any Person Controlled by any one or more of the foregoing (other than the General Partner, the Partnership or any of their respective Subsidiaries).

The “Fund Closing Price,” with respect to a Basket Component on any Trading Day, means the product of (i) the Closing Price of one share of such Basket Component (or one unit of any other security for which a Fund Closing Price must be determined) on such Trading Day and(ii) the Adjustment Factor applicable to such Basket Component on such Trading Day. The “Closing Price” with respect to a share of a Basket Component (or one unit of any other security for which a Closing Price must be determined) on any Trading Day means the price, at the scheduled weekday closing time, without regard to after hours or any other trading outside the regular trading session hours, of the share on the principal United States securities exchange registered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, on which the share (or any such other security) is listed or admitted to trading. The “Adjustment Factor” means, with respect to a share of a Basket Component (or one unit of any other security for which a Fund Closing Price must be determined), 1.0, subject to adjustment in the event of certain events affecting the shares of such Basket Component. See “Anti-dilution Adjustments Relating To A Basket Component; Alternate Calculation—Anti- dilution Adjustments.” The “Capped Value” is 185% of the Face Amount of this Security. The “Threshold Price” is equal to 60% of the Starting Price.The “Participation Rate” is 150%.
