Xxxxxx Xxx Guides means the Xxxxxx Xxx Delegated Underwriting and Servicing Guide applicable to the Xxxxxx Xxx loan program or product lines under which the Guaranteed Mortgage was originated and sold to Xxxxxx Xxx, including the Xxxxxx Xxx Delegated Underwriting and Servicing Guide (the “DUS Guide”), the Xxxxxx Xxx Negotiated Transactions Guide (the “NT Guide”), and the Xxxxxx Xxx 3MaxExpress Streamlined Mortgage Manual (the “3Max Manual”), as each may be amended from time to time.
