Xxxxxx Tenant definition

Xxxxxx Tenant means a Subsidiary of Xxxxxx that is the lessee under any lease of a Real Property Asset. On the Effective Date, the Xxxxxx Tenants are listed on Schedule DT hereto.
Xxxxxx Tenant shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of Xxxxxx Lease.
