Xxxxxx Site definition

Xxxxxx Site means the Web site at which XXX.XXX will operate its online auction service provided for the AIM E-Commerce Service as currently found at the URL "xxx.xxx.xxx";

Xxxxxx Site means that Web Site, the primary Home Page for which is identified by the Designated URL (and any successor or replacement Web Site), and any backup or mirror Internet Web site operated by Licensee.

Xxxxxx Site means two parcels of land located within Coffeyville Resources’ Plant Site and which is more particularly identified in Exhibit E and includes (1) the ASU and the Existing Xxxxxx Liquid Facility; and (2) the Additional Oxygen Equipment.
