Xxxxxx Notes definition

Xxxxxx Notes means, collectively, the Notes, the Vitus Notes and any Third-Party Notes;

Xxxxxx Notes means the notes set forth on Schedule G.

Xxxxxx Notes means any and all notes evidencing the obligation of Borrower to pay to Xxxxxx the amount or aggregate amounts of the notes described in Schedule 1.1(b); provided, however, that in no event shall the aggregate principal amount thereof exceed $2,000,000.

Xxxxxx Notes means (a) the Promissory Note secured by Deed of Trust dated January 19, 1993 issued by Western Rock to the order of X.X. Xxxxxx and Sons Corp. in the original principal amount of $116,753 and (b) the Promissory Note dated November 16, 1993 issued by Western Rock to X.X. Xxxxxx and Sons Corp. in the original principal amount of $163,833.28.

Xxxxxx Notes means that certain promissory note dated December 21, 2000, in the initial principal amount of $1,291,000, and that certain promissory note dated April 12, 2001, in the initial principal amount of $586,832, each made by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx in favor of the Company, in each case together with all accrued and unpaid interest due in respect thereof which as of Xxxxxx'x last date of employment is $57,315.78.

Xxxxxx Notes means (a) the $569,000,000 5.22% Senior Notes due August 9, 2020 issued by Casey’s pursuant that certain note purchase agreement dated as of August 9, 2010 among Casey’s and each of the initial purchasers listed in Schedule A thereto and (b) the $50,000,000 5.72% Senior Notes Series A due September 30, 2019 and the $50,000,000 5.72% Senior Notes Series B due September 30, 2020 that certain note purchase agreement dated as of September 29, 2006 among Casey’s and each of the initial purchasers listed in Schedule A thereto;

Xxxxxx Notes means, collectively, the (a) Subordinated Two Year Promissory Note, dated January 4, 2002, in the principal amount of $13,000,000, issued by SIGNAL to Xxxx Xxxxxx, (b) Subordinated Two Year Promissory Note, dated January 4, 2002, in the principal amount of $13,000,000, issued by SIGNAL to Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, (c) Subordinated Eight Year Promissory Note, dated January 4, 2002, in the principal amount of $13,000,000, issued by SIGNAL to Xxxx Xxxxxx and (d) Subordinated Eight Year Promissory Note, dated January 4, 2002, in the principal amount of $13,000,000, issued by SIGNAL to Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx.

Xxxxxx Notes means promissory notes of Borrower payable to Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, his successors and assigns issued in connection with the Xxxxxx Transaction in the aggregate principal amount of $66,000,000 due October 17, 2001 and bearing interest at 11% per annum.

Xxxxxx Notes shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Recitals.

Xxxxxx Notes means, collectively, (a) the promissory note, dated April 8, 2003, in the original principal amount of $1,000,000.00, made by SI for the benefit of the Wooleys, and (b) the Xxxxxx Franchisor Note.
