Xxxxxx Holders means each of Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, X.X.

Xxxxxx Holders means each of Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, X.X. Xxxxxx, Xx. Grantor Retained Annuity Trust dated November 1, 2004, a Pennsylvania trust, Allegheny Mineral Corp., a Pennsylvania corporation, Xxxxxxxxx Cement & Supply Corp., a Pennsylvania corporation, Glacial Sand & Gravel Co., a Pennsylvania corporation and any of their respective Affiliates.

Xxxxxx Holders has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

• The undersigned Lenders and Additional Xxxxxx Holders acknowledge that they have not transferred, conveyed or assigned any of the Xxxxxx Note, the June 2005 Notes, the September 2005 Notes, the November 2005 Notes or the January 2006 Notes issued to them and the undersigned Lenders and Additional Xxxxxx Holders acknowledge that they have not assigned any rights under the Loan Documents or under the Subordination Agreement.

• Xxxxx Xxxxxx Holders: Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Trustees, Xxxxxx Family Trust UA 5-31-01.

More Definitions of Xxxxxx Holders

Xxxxxx Holders means XxXxxx and the Trusts (so long as each is a Holder) and each Permitted Transferee of XxXxxx, other than the Company, who becomes a Holder.

Xxxxxx Holders means Xxxxxx and its successors and assigns, together with any transferee(s) of the Securities initially held by Xxxxxx.

Xxxxxx Holders means, collectively XX Xxxx Holdings, LLC, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Equity Partners LP and any transferee of Registrable Securities from such Xxxxxx Holders.

Xxxxxx Holders means those persons identified as Selling Shareholders in the Xxxxxx Agreement.

Xxxxxx Holders means X. Xxx Xxxxxx, Jr., Lizinka X. Xxxxxx, X. Xxx Xxxxxx III, Lizinka X. Xxxxxx and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx, in their capacities as "Selling Shareholders" as that term is defined in that certain Registration Rights Agreement, dated as of the October 13, 1999, by and among the preceding parties and AROC.

Xxxxxx Holders shall have the meaning given in the Preamble hereto.

Xxxxxx Holders means Xxxxxx and any transferee of Xxxxxx or any Affiliate of Xxxxxx that holds Registrable Securities and is a party to this Agreement.
