Xxxxxx Entities definition

Xxxxxx Entities means YPI, YIP, the SAE Entity Members and the Single Asset Entities collectively.

Xxxxxx Entities means Parent, any Subsidiary of Parent and any other entity in which any one or more of them has an ownership interest at any time during Executive’s employment with the Company and during the Restriction Period whether such entity is in the United States or elsewhere.

Xxxxxx Entities means, collectively, Xxxxxx and any of its subsidiaries that are listed as Providers on Schedule A or as Recipients on Schedule B.

Xxxxxx Entities means the Company and any entity owned by the Company or related to or affiliated with the Company, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, now or at any time during Executive’s employment with the Company and during the Restriction Period, including, but not limited to, Assembly Component Systems, Inc., Cronatron Welding Systems, Inc., Xxxxxxxx American Corporation, Automatic Screw Machine Products Company, X.X. Xxxx Company, Xxxxxx Products, Inc. (Ontario), Xxxxxx Products de Mexico, Rutland Tool & Supply Company, and any other entity in which any one or more of them has an ownership interest at any time during Executive’s employment with the Company and during the Restriction Period whether such entity is in the United States or elsewhere.

Xxxxxx Entities means, collectively, Xxxxxx Holdings and CBS Xxxxxx.

Xxxxxx Entities means all of the foregoing, collectively.

Xxxxxx Entities shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Limited Partnership Agreement.

Xxxxxx Entities means Xxxxxx and Subsidiaries of Xxxxxx (other than Subsidiaries that constitute Xxxxxxx Entities), and “Xxxxxx Entity” shall mean any of the Xxxxxx Entities.
