Xxxxx Affiliate definition

Xxxxx Affiliate means Xxxxx and each investment fund controlled by Xxxxx.

Xxxxx Affiliate and “Xxxxx Affiliates” shall mean each and every one of Seller, Xxxxx Capital, Inc., a Georgia corporation, Xxxxx Real Estate Fund XIII, L.P., a Georgia limited partnership, Xxxxx Real Estate Fund XIV, L.P., a Georgia limited partnership, and Xxxxx Management, Inc., a Georgia corporation.
