Xxxx Xxxxx Group means Xxxx X. Xxxxx, his spouse, issue, in-laws, guardian, executors, administrators, testamentary trustees, heirs, legatees or beneficiaries, or any entity or entities controlled by, or under the common control of, any one or more of the foregoing parties.
