XXXX Supply definition

XXXX Supply means unbundled Energy, Capacity and Ancillary Services, including, to the extent not expressly assumed by AEP Ohio pursuant to Section 3.2, all transmission and distribution losses and congestion and imbalance costs associated with the provision of such services, as measured and reported to PJM, and such other services or products that the XXXX Supplier may be required to provide, by PJM or other Governmental Authority, in order to meet the requirements of XXXX Service.
XXXX Supply means unbundled Energy, Capacity and Ancillary Services, including, to the extent not expressly assumed by the Companies pursuant to Section 2.3, all transmission and distribution losses and congestion and imbalance costs associated with the provision of such services, as measured and reported to PJM, and such other services or products that a XXXX Supplier may be required to provide, by PJM or other Governmental Authority, in order to meet the requirements of XXXX Service. PJM means PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. or any successor organization thereto. PJM Agreements means the PJM OATT, PJM Operating Agreement, PJM RAA and any other applicable PJM manuals or documents, or any successor, superseding or amended versions thereof that may take effect from time to time.

PJM means PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. or any successor organization thereto.

Examples of XXXX Supply in a sentence

  • This Letter of Credit may be drawn upon an Event of Default under that certain Master XXXX Supply Agreement between the Applicant and you, dated _________ .

  • All XXXX Supply provided by a XXXX Supplier to the Companies shall be sales for resale, with the Companies reselling such XXXX Supply to XXXX Customers.

  • The Companies shall be solely responsible for billing XXXX Customers for XXXX Supply.

  • The XXXX Supplier acknowledges and agrees that the Companies may need to act in response to directives by a Governmental Authority that may affect XXXX Supply or XXXX Load.

  • Title to and risk of loss with respect to XXXX Supply shall pass from the XXXX Supplier to the Companies when such XXXX Supply is delivered to the Delivery Point.

  • The XXXX Supplier shall be responsible, and be liable, to PJM for the performance of its LSE obligations associated with the provision of XXXX Supply under this Agreement.

  • The term of this Agreement will commence upon the Effective Date and continue through the end of the Delivery Period (the “Term”); provided, however, that the provision of XXXX Supply by XXXX Supplier will commence on June 1, 202342 at 12:00:00 A.M. prevailing Eastern Time.

  • The Margin Collateral shall be in an amount equal to the Margin less the amount of any Margin Collateral already posted by the XXXX Supplier in which the Companies have a first priority, perfected security interest to secure the obligations of the XXXX Supplier under this Agreement and any Other XXXX Supply Agreement.

  • Self Supply LSE means a Load Serving Entity in one or more Mitigated Capacity Zones that operates under a long-standing business model to meet more than fifty percent of its Load obligations through its own generation and that is (i) a municipally owned electric system that was created by an act of one or more local governments pursuant to the laws of the State of New York to own or control distribution facilities and/or provide electric service, (ii) a cooperatively owned electric system that was created by an act of one or more local governments pursuant to the laws of State of New York or otherwise created pursuant to the Rural Electric Cooperative Law of New York to own or control distribution facilities and/or provide electric service, (iii) a “Single Customer Entity,” or (iv) a “Vertically Integrated Utility.” A Self Supply LSE cannot be an entity that is a public authority or corporate municipal instrumentality created by the State of New York (including a subsidiary of such an authority or instrumentality) that owns or operates generation or transmission and that is authorized to produce, transmit or distribute electricity for the benefit of the public unless it meets the criteria provided in section (i), (ii), or (iii) of this definition. For purposes of this definition only: “Vertically Integrated Utility” means a utility that owns generation, includes such generation in a non-bypassable charge in its regulated rates, earns a regulated return on its investment in such generation, and that as of the date of its request for a Self Supply Exemption, has not divested more than seventy-five percent of its generation assets owned on May 20, 1996; and “Single Customer Entity” means an LSE that serves at retail only customers that are under common control with such LSE, where such control means holding 51% or more of the voting securities or voting interests of the LSE and all its retail customers.

  • Third Party Supplier means a third party manufacturer and/or licensor of Products.

  • Bulk Supply means a supply agreement made under section 40 of the Act;

  • Data Supplier means a third party supplier of Market Data.
