Xxxx Project means Newmont’s exploration and development project in the State of Nevada that is depicted on the map attached as Schedule C and known as the “Xxxx Project”; subject to such modifications as the Parties agree to in writing, in good faith, following discussions to occur as quickly as possible following the signing of the Implementation Agreement.
