Xxxx Investors definition

Xxxx Investors has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Xxxx Investors means each Person (and such Person’s Affiliates) who acquired Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Xxxx Framework Agreements to the extent of such acquired Ordinary Shares and any Ordinary Shares issued in respect of such Ordinary Shares.

Xxxx Investors means Marital Trust D under the Xxxxxx X. Xxxx Living Trust U/A/D 3/31/1999, as amended, the SLR Non-Exempt Trust U/A/D 4/21/2018 and the Xxxx Foundation.

Examples of Xxxx Investors in a sentence

• Xxxx Investors 1, LLC, owns the portion of the Servient Parcels depicted on EXHIBIT A as Reach 4.

• Xxxx Investors 2, LLC, owns the portion of the Servient Parcels depicted on EXHIBIT A as Reach 2.

• Beaudier will not transfer any Class B Common Shares, or any Class A Common Shares issued upon conversion of Class B Common Shares, to any Person (whether or not such transferee is Beaudier Group Investor) until the earliest of (i) the third anniversary of the Initial Public Offering, (ii) such time as the Xxxx Investors are no longer entitled to designate any members of the Board, or (iii) such time as Beaudier and its Affiliates no longer own any other Class A Common Shares.
