XX Xxxxx Agreement means an agreement entered into, or to be entered into, between the Grants Manager, on behalf of TPSF, and a Beneficiary, for the purpose of extending a XX Xxxxx to such Beneficiary on the terms and conditions set forth or referred to in Section III (3) of the Schedule to the Project Agreement;
