Written Request of the City definition

Written Request of the City means an instrument in writing to the Trustee signed by the Mayor, Vice-Mayor, City Manager, or the Finance Director/Treasurer of the City, or by any such officer’s duly appointed designee, or by any other officer or employee of the City duly authorized by the City for that purpose.
