Written Request of the Agency definition

Written Request of the Agency means an instrument in writing signed by the Mayor, the City Manager or Director of Finance, acting for and on behalf of the Agency, the Executive Director of the Agency, or the City Clerk acting for the Agency, or by any other officer of the Agency duly authorized by the Agency for that purpose.

  • The Authority agrees that upon payment by the Agency to the Trustee of such amount, the Authority shall take or cause to be taken any and all steps required under the Indenture to redeem such Outstanding Bonds on the redemption date designated pursuant to a Written Request of the Agency filed with the Authority and the Trustee; provided, however, that such date shall be a date of redemption of Bonds for which notice has been timely given pursuant to the Indenture.
