Writings means and includes all books, papers, maps, photographs, cards, tapes, recordings, or other documentary materials, regardless of physical form or characteristics.   • In the event Contractor directs the non-disclosure of the marked Writings, then Contractor will indemnify and defend City, with counsel selected by Contractor, from any suits brought against the City by the requestor arising from such non-disclosure, and from any award of attorneys fees or costs against City as a result of such action.
