Writedown Amount definition

Writedown Amount. The reduction described in Section 5.03(c).
Writedown Amount. With respect to each Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (i) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of all the Certificates, after all distributions have been made on the Certificates on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 5(b) hereof, exceeds (ii) the Pool Scheduled Principal Balance of the Assets for the next Distribution Date.
Writedown Amount means, with respect to any day, the product of (i) the amount of any Writedown on such day, (ii) the Applicable Percentage and (iii) the Reference Price.
