Examples of WREGIS Certificate in a sentence

  • Seller shall be responsible for, at its expense, validating and disputing data with WREGIS prior to WREGIS Certificate creation each Month.

  • On or about the tenth (10th) day of each month beginning with the second full calendar month following the Initial Delivery Date and every month thereafter, and continuing until Buyer has paid for all Renewable Energy Credits created, generated or produced during the Delivery Term, Buyer shall pay the Contract Price for the Product in the form of each Renewable Energy Credit as evidenced by a WREGIS Certificate Delivered to Buyer’s WREGIS Account in the prior month.

  • Seller shall be responsible for all expenses associated with registering the Project with WREGIS, establishing and maintaining Seller’s WREGIS Account, paying WREGIS Certificate issuance and transfer fees, and transferring WREGIS Certificates from Seller’s WREGIS Account to Buyer’s WREGIS Account.
