Worth at the Time of Award definition

Worth at the Time of Award of the amounts referred to in parts (i) and (ii) above, shall be computed by allowing interest at the lesser of a per annum rate equal to: (A) the greatest per annum rate of interest permitted from time to time under applicable law, or (B) the Prime Rate plus 5%. For purposes hereof, the “Prime Rate” shall be the per annum interest rate publicly announced as its prime or base rate by a federally insured bank selected by Landlord in the State of California.   • Lease Balance means, with respect to the Leased Properties, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the aggregate sum of the outstanding Funded Amounts of all Funding Parties, all accrued and unpaid interest on the Loans, all accrued and unpaid Yield on the Lessor's Invested Amounts, all unpaid fees owing to the Funding Parties under the Operative Documents, including all other amounts owing to the Funding Parties by the Lessee under the Operative Documents.

  • Total Premiums Paid means total of all the premiums received, excluding any extra premium, any rider premium and taxes.
